libdvdread incorrectly called and fails on .ogg file

This only happens with a particular .ogg file, which I've attached.

Attempting to play this file leads to VLC freezing. Console output is filled with the following line over and over again, for increasing values of the block:

libdvdread: Can't seek to block 3799977295

This is with current VLC git on Kubuntu 10.10, and happens every time with this particular file. The file is playable with other players.
