Overview of modules in configure

After running, configure should be able to report what will and what won't be compiled

added Difficulty::easy + 1 deleted label

Listing what will be built is very easy by combining ./vlc-config and sed. Listing what will not be built is rather difficult, and not always significant (e.g. why'd I build directx on Linux ?).

Anyway, the list of builtins and plugins exceeds 200 entries which is far too much to printed on screen.
