Bindings to other langages

We would benefit from having bindings to other langages than C/C++

• Java
• Python
• Perl
• .NET

Work has begun to integrate this in a 0.8.2-bindings branch

• Enrichment of the LibVLC API thanks to the MediaControl API developed by OlivierAubert
• Bindings to python, developed by OlivierAubert
• Basic bindings to Java (GCJ only), by LittleJohn
• Basic bindings to Mono, by JLJ

Much more work is still to do

• Cleanup of MediaControl (coding styles, unification, ...)
• Add of VLM features to MediaControl
• Enrichment of bindings that only use LibVLC
