AVI muxer broken

AVI muxer is currently badly broken and produces invalid AVI files

added Difficulty::hard + 1 deleted label

There was a patch submitted 6-5-05 by Alessio gogna, that fixes some things of the avi muxer.

The submitted patch was an incorrect fix according to fen.

Sorry, but won't be fixed here. It needs much work and advanced AVI knowledge. I fear we don't have that at the moment.

We now have an ffmpeg muxer, it might be better to simply remove our old avi muxer

TODO: 1: check if our muxer is fixed (dnumgis found a few bugs couple of weeks ago that might have improved the situation) 2: verify the working of the ffmpeg muxer and integrate it into our wizards/profiles
