OS X preferences

There are several issues that still plague the OSX preferences

sometimes the text of labels missing a few pix
section headers are not implemented
help is not implemented
- no module specific help strings implemented (see #413 (closed) for the qt-implementation)
doesn't check if a hotkey is already assigned
