improve bookmarks functionality

Currently I observe some strange behavior (relative Ticket #2100 (closed)):

• after adding a new video in play list and starting play it all bookmarks disappears.
• When I return back on my previous videos part of bookmarks disappear from list. I've done some screenshots for better understanding

Does it possible to improve "custom bookmarks" functionality? It's will be nice to see all bookmarks without reference to current file. Please add subsection in bookmarks menu.
. It's very useful in e-learning videos.

return back on first video - only three bookmarks in list
