Bookmarks not loaded from playlist

Bookmarks are stored in playlist files but they are not loaded when opening the playlist.

I add a bookmark and save a playlist. When viewed the playlist file I can see the bookmark. When I open the playlist and open the bookmark dialog, there is no bookmark though.

For me bookmarks have never worked in VLC and I would love to use them.

The file looks like this:

Playlist C:\Temp\xxx.xspf C:\Temp\psfcv1.frag.sample.avi 60000 0 bookmarks={name=psfcv1.frag.sample.avi_0,bytes=371362,time=3}
