Fullscreen toolbar button shows invalid state when user turns fullscreen on without using it

If user turns fullscreen on by other means than toolbar button (for example native fullscreen button on OSX), it shows invalid button. Moreover, it sometimes leads to toolbar button not responding to click (OSX reproduction steps: start VLMC in window, set fullscreen not using toolbar (WRONG STATE ON TOOLBAR), click toolbar button - now the button is in wrong state AND will not respond to next click).
