UPnP: quit not always taking effects

I am using the 1.1.8 version of VLC and even I select Quit it was not quitting, so I force-quit the application. I got a log which is attached to the ticket, though the relevant sections looks like:

Patch is welcome.

I also experience the same bug on Linux, so I guess all platforms are affected.

This needs to be forwarded to libupnp authors, but they don't seem to be too active nowadays.
