VLC process doesn't stop (UPNP related issue?)

Once you select UPNP in the playlist A) the playlist won't close anymore when you close the player (window). And B) when you then close the playlist (window) manually the vlc.exe process won't stop (still shows in task manager) and you can't start VLC again unless you force its process to stop in task manager.
