VLCPlaybackInfoPanelTVViewController: Fix content size attribution

This merge request brings a fix to:

  • The content size attribution of the multiple views of the Playback information panel.
  • The content is now displayed into a view with at least a minimal height value that is shared by all the views in this panel.
