  . Should work with fileouput & netoutput (-DBUGGY_VLC flag or not)

  . Tested with 'dumpts' from ts-rtp tools (linuxtv.org), and hex dump
    of the stream.

    Could not find yet a RTP/TS reader ! So, go for the RTP support
    of vlc !
