[3.0] contrib: dvdnav: do not force a packing style

Steve Lhomme requested to merge robUx4/vlc:30-ms-no-dvdnav into 3.0.x

This is the 3.0 version of !2400. Since the Windows arm64 is built with LLVM we need this patch, otherwise DVD menus don't work (tested with and without the patch).
