extras: ci: enable contribs on debian

Alexandre Janniaux requested to merge alexandre-janniaux/vlc:contrib-ci-distcheck/1 into master

By default, make distcheck won't use the contribs because they are not included into the extracted dist folder, and so the default path to contribs cannot be appended correctly.

This adds an explicit path to where the contribs have been built.
