qml: updates on the player TopBar

Pierre Lamot requested to merge chub/vlc:qml/topbar-margins into master
  • fixes some layouting issues in the topbar
  • the "Resume pannel" uses now the same layouting as the regular topbar, this allows to keep the different elements of the topbar like the menubar, CSD and playlist.
