Android: implement volume boost

Implement volume boost in a way that is visible for the user, co-operates with Android system, and displays volume so that it doesn't kill the user's ears.

XD, Well, I want this. Again, I don't know how to subscribe to this feature, where's the subscribe button here???

It would be great to have this feature as many mp4 files have a low volume soundtrack. I am using VLC Player for Windows to demux audio, amplify it, and remux it back but it is painful and cumbersome to do it that way.

I'm going to "third" this. as I can't see a way to star it like on git. Other players have this ability in android and VLC has it on the desktop. It's a much desired feature.

I also have had many video files with quiet audio tracks that are unwatchable with VLC on Android without a volume boost.

Should be easy to do now that the equalizer API is exposed in libvlc. This is how it is done on iOS.
