Android: graphical volume bar

Show a vertical bar (A hollow rectangle, which is filled up as the volume is increased.

As the volume increases, we should change the color of the bar from deep green to yellow-> orange-> red

At 0%, automatically show a "mute" icon; typically, this is a speaker symbol with a red X or a slash "/" overlay.
