Port SPDIF part to the non-packet API

At present, trying to perform a SPDIF output, VLC will crash, because auhal was initialized as a non-packet aout module.

added Component::Audio: macOS / iOS / tvOS / visionOS Severity::major Type::task Version::master git labels

changed milestone to %2.1.0 release

Note that you will hear silence atm, but at least it doesn't crash anymore and you can switch back to PCM mode

Now, S/PDIF works at least in the sense that it plays something which "seems"
to be in sync more or less.
