clicking in the timeline without moving the cursor = no jump in video

reproduction: start a media file, then click anywhere in the timeline. the video will play from this point. WITHOUT moving the mouse-cursor click again at the same point on the timeline. it won't jump to that point again unless the mouse-cursor is moved at least 1 pixel.

using vlc 1.1.7 on win7 x64
