Time slider not working 100%

Try these steps:

1. Open a video (an AVI, for example).
2. Go to a specific time instant you like (for example, minute 5:00), clicking over the time slider. Don't move the mouse once you release the mouse button (this is not obligatory, but it'll do it easier for the next steps).
3. Wait some seconds, until the slider marker moves.
4. Click again, in exactly the same position you clicked before (because you want to return to that specific time instant).

Don't bother the number of times you click, the time slider will not work. Yo have to click in another time instant.

I'm using the last version of VLC (1.1.4) for Windows Vista. Although it has been working wrong since some months ago.
