leave fullscreen only works when osd is active otherwise rightclick menu broken and vout resize issue next start

    Tested against 1.1.4 win32, branch-20100913-0203 and trunk-20100913-0002.

    Start VLC, open video file, for instance MPEG2 with 720x576, doubleclick for fullscreen, now wait for OSD to disappear, rightclick, leave fullscreen.. nothing happens! From then on rightclick menu is broken. Click esc. to get VLC GUI back (normal size). Close VLC, start VLC, GUI or rather video area is not minimized but has size of last video @ 720x576.

    When OSD is active or rightclick was selected while OSD was active, the leave fullscreen works.

    Also a reset prefs. does not help after the situation with the wrong startup size occurs, you need to completely delete application data\vlc folder.

    This could be a duplicate of #3851 where a fullscreen toggle issue has also been reported.
