Subtitles issues for 4.0
This issue will repatriate all remaining subtitles issues.
For info, the 2 main goal for 4.0 was the ability to render subtitles in black bar and improve scaling/caching performance.
Furthermore, subtitles rendering must be tested to avoid all future regressions.
