Performance issues with PGS subtitles and SAR/PAR

I have two video samples with PGS, in which every video frame has corresponding PGS frame (and vice-versa) with identical pts's.

Both samples resolution is 1920x810, stretched with par/sar to 1920x1080.

In one sample, PGS is 1920x810, in another - PGS resolution is 1920x1080.

When I play video with 810p PGS in full screen mode, it plays not smoothly and debug messages is filled with main warning: picture is too late to be displayed (missing XX ms) main debug: picture might be displayed late (missing XX ms) But when I play same video in windowed mode everything is ok.

1080p PGS video has similar problem, except performance issues is in windowed mode and fullscreen mode played smoothly.
