VLC plays 4K HEVC 10b Video only after fresh reboot
VLC Version 3.0.18 Vetinari
With today's nightly 3.0.19 and 4.0.0 the issue is reproducible.
I started the PC/iMac 18 days ago.
I'm running Bootcamp with Windows 10.
Meanwhile VLC plays only the audio track from 4K Videos until I reboot the System.
Only when I disable HW acceleration vlc --avcodec-hw=none <file or url>
it shows the Video but the CPU load increases and also the System FAN rotation speed.
2K Videos are shown correctly.
Is there a way to restart the graphics engine or Direct3D11/DirectX?
