VLC crashes when navigating in the settings to Video → Output modules → Direct3D11

VLC Version 3.0.18 Vetinari

  1. Start VLC
  2. Tools → Preferences Ctrl+P
  3. Show Settings: Change from Simple to All
  4. Video → Output modules → Direct3D11
  5. VLC crashed
  6. Start VLC
  7. It shows
