VLC crashes when navigating in the settings to Video → Output modules → Direct3D11

VLC Version 3.0.18 Vetinari

1. Start VLC
2. Tools → Preferences Ctrl+P
3. Show Settings: Change from Simple to All
4. Video → Output modules → Direct3D11
5. VLC crashed
6. Start VLC
7. It shows

Hi @jbk what is the solution for me from #27615 (closed)?

Do I need to update to 3.0.19 when it has been released?

Or try a nightly build.

With today's nightly 3.0.19 I confirm that VLC doesn't crash.
