Chinese font is using serif "simsun"

Chinese font on Windows should be "Microsoft YaHei" since Windows Vista, not the super old "Simsun" font since last century.

This is actually a historical problem of Windows font display for Asia languages. "Simsun" is actually serif but it will be used when fallback to sans-serif. Microsoft seems is not going to fix that because that may cause old programs GUI glitches. So every win32 program should set Chinese Font to "Microsoft YaHei" manually or the font for Asia languages will be very old and ugly...
