Loop A-B doesn't work with all media files, notably WMV

Loop A-B feature in QT4 doesn't work properly with all the media files. If you can set the loop points, VLC can't loop the selected segment with certain videos. It just shows small wrong section from video or loops incorrect part or you can't set the loop at all. Tested with VLC 0.9.4 Win32.

Fox example with 1080p WMV file: http://runesvendsen.dk/spas/hd/T2_1080.wmv log is:

With 1080p TS file: http://www.w6rz.net/ed24p_00.zip you cannot set the loop at all (pressing the GUI button doesn't do anything).

This is something that can be fixed, but it would require multiple patches (one patch set for each demuxer that currently doesn't work) so I guess it isn't going to be fixed completely anytime soon.

And this is a volunteer project, so all bugs aren't fixed.

Works with wmv for me.

The problem is with the QT UI.

When aligning to keyframe, the UpdatedPosition() with current time is slightly < ATime. You then have a loop right under the ATime position.

Should be fixed with 9baab2bd
