Converting to MP3 with apostrophe in file name appends } to end of resultant filename.

I'm converting the file "Sweet Brown Ain't Nobody Got Time For That Remix - YouTube.mkv" to "Sweet Brown Ain't Nobody Got Time For That Remix - YouTube.mp3" and the resulting file is "Sweet Brown Ain't Nobody Got Time For That Remix - YouTube.mp3}"

I've duplicated this numerous times with VLC 2.2.8 (as well as 2.2.6) on Mac OS 10.13.3. Other tickets similar to this have been closed, but instead of appending the "}" they lose everything following the apostrophe.

Unsure why the ticket added the question marks after YouTube, but these are not in the filenames I'm working with. Everything else is accurate.

I've confirmed this to be true for VLC 3.0.0 as well.

Edited the ticket to fix the ? in the filenames that trac adds.

Tried the patch but the issue is still there.

Actually it works, was just a different location where I had to do the same.
