VLC Media player can't enter Convert Destination File

When I am using a Media->Open Network Stream with URL "udp://@238.1.1.10:8208" and choose "Convert" in the lower right corner, I cannot type an entry into the Destination File slot. If I use "Browse", I can put in a path. But it doesn't actually save the file to that location.

I am using Windows 10. This worked fine on prior versions of Windows.

I am running 3.0.1, but tried the latest nightly builds for 3.0, 3.1, and 4.0

Rolling back to 2.2.6 did fix the problem. So it must be a new bug recently entered in the latest code base.

Are you using "Dump raw input" or "Convert"? I can reproduce something similar with "dump raw input", but not with the actual conversion as far as I can see

For future reference, the issue with dump raw input has been introduced by 2de830a525e394004daaadc83ee6726d5a359fd8, however reverting it (even partially) could still cause problems because the mrl parsing ends up being too simplistic in the Qt interface. We need something similar to the sout chain to be able to use quotes to properly delimit the options, instead of just splitting using semicolon.

Yes, I was using "dump raw input".

Actually reverting is enough since parameter are split using : (including space), which is good enough for most if not all cases.
