3.0 regression: FTBFS: 64-bit builds with lua from contrib

After dc9fb25f, configure fails with:

configure: error: You need 32-bits luac when using lua from contrib.

This one seems no longer relevant as contrib lua was downgraded again to 5.1 and my MR for upgrading it does the needed changes to it.

Indeed, we can probably close and keep lua 5.2 or natiive lua platform on 3.0 then. #25036 (closed) sort of supersede this ticket too.

With some amount of work to remain compatible script-wise, we could backport the 5.4 contrib bump, once the MR is in 4.x
