VLC Crash when logging into World of Warcraft

Hey there, my vlc crased when i was watching a movie and then proceded to log into WoW. I then tried to play the movie again using vlc and it wouldn't open the movie. It just opened op the "main screen" like it only opened up the program VLC but not loaded the movie. Same thing goes for Windows movie player only i got an error saying "Windows movie player doesn't support the codex or filetype". The movie plays fine when WoW isn't open on both media players. All i'm saying is i really like to play WoW while seeing a movie and i really love VLC so please help me make my dream come true.

p.s Sorry for being a nerd p.p.s The movie was blueray and MP4-video

Disable hw acceleration and retry
