Project using LibVLC.UWP 3.3.0 fails Microsoft Certification

Summary

I added LibVLC.UWP/3.3.0 and LibVLCSharp/3.4.6 from nuget to my app, and submitted it to Microsoft Store. It didn't pass certification.

Minimal project and steps to reproduce

Add LibVLC.UWP and LibVLCSharp to any UWP project, and submit it to Microsoft Store. This one will to for testing: https://github.com/vlasenkoalexey/LibVLCSharp.UWP.Sample_chromecast

What is the current bug behavior?

App fails certification when submitted to Microsoft Store. At the same time app passes certification locally in Windows App Certification Kit, which makes things even more confusing. I'd not bother integrating with VideoLAN.LibVLC.UWP if I knew that it has certification issues.

What is the expected correct behavior?

App passes certification and published to Microsoft Store.
