Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/vlc-ios:ml-fixes into master

This makes sure that the Renderer button is always visible in the library if items are locally stored and a device was discovered. Additionally, this adds the missing localisation for the menu.

Depends on !785 (merged).
