[3.3.x] VLCPlaybackInfoSubtitlesFetcherViewController: fix downloadable subtitle listing disappearing

Soomin Lee requested to merge bubu/vlc-ios:osb/sub/download/timeout/02 into 3.3.x

This cancels the time-out of the activity request when the activity is stopped. This will fix the downloadable subtitle listing disappearing when found after 5sec.
