UI update: Add variable/continuous seek - swipe left/right

This closes issue #1115 (note: #1886 (closed) appears to be a duplicate).

  • Keep existing swipe gesture for discrete seek (each time forward/backward 10s).
  • Add pan swipe gesture for continuous seek (each time forward/backward by finger speed and media length).
  • Handle gesture conflicts.
