Make the seek bar more like in Safari

I'm not sure how this feature is properly called - in Safari, eg YouTube videos playing full-screen, I don't need to tap exactly at the round slider to seek in movie - I can tap anywhere on the horizontal axis and move my finger left or right, and it will seek by that amount of time (not to that absolute position). A tiny detail, but quite convenient.
