Feature Request: Use high resolution cone image as default cover art for Android Auto

Description

Uses a scaled vector graphic of the cone image for Android Auto. Matches the existing use of the application logo in the media player control when cover art is missing.

Motivation and Context

Uniform usage of logo throughout application when cover art is missing.
