Android Auto: Use VLC cone as default cover art

Description

In the Android app, the VLC cone logo is used when cover art is missing. This is partially due to the OS falling back to the application icon if no bitmap is defined. For Android Auto, the icon is too small to scale up nicely, so we have to specify a 512x512 bitmap.

Expected behavior

Use VLC logo if cover art is missing.
