`vlc-android` can't play valid urls that contain `[` and `]`, while other android players can (include VLC on Desktop)

CAN't play valid urls that contain [ and ], while other android players can (include VLC on Desktop)
original issue: vlc#25524 (closed)

the original issue was posted on that old forms years ago, then someone told to move it to this new gitlab but of the VLC repository. and then VLC on Desktop already fixed this issue, but vlc-android still exists.

Expected behavior

can play any url and it's vlc's responsible to escape any character.

Actual behavior

CAN't play valid urls that contain [ and ]

Steps to reproduce

1. play any url that contain [ and ] via input control element or share buttom from android
2. tips The location %1$s cannot be played. from https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-android/-/blob/master/application/resources/src/main/res/values/strings.xml#L206
