Allow playlist reorderring in playlist view (Not the videoplayer Queue)

When using VLC playlist view, opening a playlist should have the ability to edit playlist similar to the videoview's drag and drop queue to rearrange playlist and save changes

Not sure I get your point here. Are you asking to be able to reorder in the video player playlist view?

No. But, in playlist main view: Video player "playlist view" is correctly defined as Queue and not playlist view. The queue is useful feature, but it is not exactly a playlist.

Creating a playlist means you want to play it again and again. And reordering allows the playback order to persist. Previous suggestion(videoview queue) requires user to reorder each time they Play playlist: By allowing edit and reorder user does not have to change order while in video view.

Expected behavior
