If video appears in playlist twice, then deleting one deletes both
Description
Adding the same video twice is possible and should be, but if added by mistake then deleting one deletes both which forces you to add it once more.
Expected behavior
When the same video appears in playlist, deleting one should only remove selected video, not both instances.
Actual behavior
Both instances of video are removed from playlist.

- Add video to playlist twice
- Delete one
- Both removed from list
