Deleted video has ghost effect in order of playlist

Description

Videos added to playlist should always be at end of list; however, When a video is deleted from playlist then re-added, it is moved back to position it was at before deletion and not at the end of playlist as it should be.

Expected behavior

When adding a new video to playlist it should be appended to bottom/end of existing playlist

Actual behavior

If file has been added before, it reappears in previous position

Steps to reproduce

1. Add videos to playlist
2. Delete video that is on top or in middle
3. Re-add same video that you just deleted, video is added to previous position, on top versus at the end

There is no way to reorder list #1024 (closed) So, only way should be to delete and readd to move middle to the end Removed,

Add once more to append,

But it recovers previous position, at middle somehow,
