This version is mostly meant to recover from an issue that caused some media to have their folder_id & device_id fields set to NULL, causing an invalid number of media reported by the folder (#149)

• Add a Media.folder_id index
• Update of the VideoGroups view
• Update Task UNIQUE constraint to include link_to_type & link_extra (in addition to mrl & link_to_id)
