Removes a leftover is_present field in the AlbumTrack table

Removes a leftover artwork_mrl field in the ShowEpisode table

Ensure the Genre.name column is case insensitive. This was changed in 6->7 but the table was not migrated.

Recreate all tables in order for the schema to match the one described in code (this mostly adds/removes whitespaces in the table creation requests)
