Allow an external media to be converted to a playlist

Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen requested to merge chouquette/medialibrary:convert_playlist_to_from_internal into master

If the application played a playlist and tried to insert it as an external media in order to save some settings and playback states, we need to be able to convert that external media back to a playlist if the folder gets discovered at a later point.
