Prefix symbol collisions with mpv

Philip Langdale requested to merge philipl/libplacebo:xtalloc-rename into master

Due to libplacebo's history with mpv, there were some overlapping symbol names, which caused mpv builds with a statically linked libplacebo to fail. These changes prefix the relevant symbols and then static linking succeeds.
