global: remove MSAN hacks

Niklas Haas requested to merge haasn/libplacebo:msan_hacks into master

We no longer support running MSAN without fully instrumented dependencies at all, either in the CI or otherwise. So, no more need for all these hacks.

It was fun while it lasted.
