Mathieu Monnier requested to merge stream-type-fixes into master

It fixes stream_id / stream_type mixup, replaces stream_id 0xBD (private_stream_1) by 0xFD (extended_stream_id), which is the one used by Dirac and VC1. And it selects arbitrarily 0xD2 as stream_type
