After the last update, subtitles that come with the video don't show up anymore. If I add external subtitles, they show up.
Logs of available subtitles with a movie:
po self.videoSubTitlesIndexes<__NSArrayI 0x6000010dc4e0>(-1, // Disable3 // English)
Selecting the subtitle:
[DBG] adding track[Id 0x4] subtitle (disable) language eng
[WAR] that media doesn't look properly interleaved, will need to seek
These use to show up in the same movies before.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

All users are reporting problems with subtitles included in the content, not the ones selected from open subtitles. I tried this in 3.3.9 and I can see these logs:

However with last version and some other movies I tried I get:
[DBG] adding track[Id 0x4] subtitle (disable) language eng[WAR] that media doesn't look properly interleaved, will need to seek
If you need any other info please tell me what exactly you want to know.
I cannot share a video because I don't have the right to do so. I can only offer you the logs that your frameworks return. I tested the same video with the app VLC on MacOS and it does the same thing. It seems to show the titles of the chapters as subtitles.
I tested this with movies that used to have working subtitles before.
I'm getting multiple users reporting the problem..I cannot offer you more than this and I hope you can help in some way with some of your test videos.
Hi, if you cannot share the samples you have, you could also try authoring a new sample with a test pattern (using gstreamer or ffmpeg) which matches the characteristics of your original sample and reproduce your bug.
I'm not familiar with doing this. The info I have are the same that I reported above. If for you is easy could you eventually do that and test yourself?
Please install "mediainfo" (the most easiest is using the command line and the tool "Homebrew" to do that) and give us the output of your sample files here (usage is simple, just "mediainfo filename.mp4").
Well...VLC shows that there is a subtitle track. How comes?
Also, this is just an example, but there are others from my users that use to have subtitles and now they don't have it anymore. I got the problem reported by several users.
You guys close real issues although they are still in place. I kept getting users telling me their subs don’t work and I know about others that downgraded your pod to make it work again.
If you don't provide a sample file to reproduce the issue with, there is no way we can help. We can't debug and fix an issue that we can't even reproduce.
