Embedded subtitle is not showing up

OSX version 10.15.4
build command: sh -x buildMobileVLCKit.sh -f

Using the generated MobileVLCKit.framework, subtitle is not showing up when playing videos with embedded subtitle. Can anyone help?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
